SCOTT, Howard C. 90, of New Port Richey and formerly of St. Petersburg, died July 21, 2015. Born in Wisemantown, KY, he had lived in Florida for more than 55 years. He served in the US Navy in World War II. He worked for the L&N Railroad in Kentucky, and designed and made neon signs for many years. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 41 years, Joyce. Survived by his daughters, Carol Ryan of New Port Richey, and Cathy Vinciguerra (Joe) of Clearwater; grandchildren Michael Ryan (Megan), Amanda Aiken (Geoffrey), Samantha Ryan, Joey Vinciguerra (Nicole Fults), Marcie Vinciguerra (Jerry Jun), Sarah Vinciguerra (David Turbeville) and Emma Vinciguerra; as well as seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
