Wally was the husband of Gloria (nee Bernin); father of Victor (Patricia) Remdt and Laura (James) Johnson; devoted grandfather of Max, Caroline and Emily Johnson and Victoria Remdt; dear member of the Kuehn and Rosenbaum families. Walter was born in Manebach, Germany on July 21, 1924 to Aline and Maximilian Remdt. The family moved to Chicago during the late 1920s. A decorated World War II veteran and Bronze Star recipient, Wally proudly served the United States in the 65th Signal Battalion and the 3261st Signal Service Company in Europe. After the war, Wally graduated from the University of Illinois and attended John Marshall Law School. He started and ended his career with the insurance adjusting firm of Toplis & Harding, Inc. (agents for Lloyds of London) rising to President of the company. During his retirement, he enjoyed world travel, shared his business acumen as a counselor with SBA's Service Corps of Retired Executive (SCORE), continued his long-standing relationship with the American Turners, and was active in the American Legion. A former Lake Forest, Illinois resident, Wally resided in Florida until his death. Services will be private. She was born Jan 25, 1902, in Waldoboro, teh daughter of Byron and Margaret (Martin) Ludwig. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Kimball worked for Gardiner Shoe in tehir office. She was also a member of teh Rebekahs. mrs. Kimball was predeceased by her husband George Kimball in 1987. Mrs. Kimball is survived by her three daughters; Mrs. Raymond (Jean) Hutchins of Waldoboro, Mrs. Clyde (Anne) Perkins of Dresden, and Mrs. Richard (Lois) Fournier of Lewistion; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A funeral services to celebrate her life was held on Dec. 23 at 2 p.m. in teh chapel of Hall Funeral Home, with teh Rev. Vernon Jordan, officiating. Ihr Romandebüt Ein ungeratener Sohn - eine „rabenschwarze Parabel“ über „Erziehungsfolter“[2] - wurde von der Kritik durchaus positiv aufgenommen. Die folgenden Veröffentlichungen allerdings, die häufig von sadistischer und masochistischer Sexualität handeln, fanden immer weniger Zuspruch. Rasps letzter Roman Zickzack aus dem Jahre 1979 wurde vereinzelt sogar als „literarische Bankrotterklärung“ angesehen. Die Autorin, die zwischenzeitlich in Newquay im Norden Cornwalls lebte,[3] war mit dem Autor Klaus Budzinski verheiratet und wohnte seit 1990 in Gräfelfing. He was married to the late Ona Hilton Moody, daughter of Henry M. and Harriet (Dalton) Hilton of Waldoboro, on April 14, 1952 in Waldoboro.. After thei r marriage they resided on East Pond Road in a house they built as newlyweds. He was a long time dairy farmer, owning and operating Ledgey Acres Farm, a business started by his father and transferred to him in 1952. He retired from farming in 201 3. He also worked for the US Postal Department from 1952 until his retirement on December 2, 1988. He worked out of the Waldoboro office branch and drove the route formerly known as “RFD #1” which included North Nobleboro. In his younger years h e worked numerous extraneous jobs including lumbering, snow plowing, road construction and driving Nobleboro’s schoolbus. He served as president of The North Nobleboro Community Association for thirty-eight years, retiring from the position in 20 14. He also served as the president of the Town of Nobleboro’s initial Cemetery Committee. He served on Nobleboro’s Budget Committee for twenty-five years, and also served on the town’s planning board. Speaking of his service on the Budget Committ ee, Mary Ellen Anderson, Nobleboro Town Clerk, spoke of Harold’s years of service. “We really appreciated Harold’s viewpoint on the Town Budget Committee. He was always quiet and unassuming during meetings, but when he spoke, people listened”. H e had also acted as Fire Warden. He was an active member of The Farm Bureau Association and was its director numerous times. He was a member of the former Knox -Lincoln County Soil and Conservation Association, as well. He was a trustee for the f ormer Medomak Mutual Fire Insurance Co. , based in Waldoboro. He was also a long time member of the Nobleboro Historical Society. His commitment to causes was local in nature. Town government and supporting the local farming industry were his prio rities in regards to his public service. He was predeceased by his wife in 2005, his father in 1974 and his mother in 1999. He was also predeceased by an uncle, Chester Donnell and aunts Edna (Donnell) Spear, Lois (Donnell) Vannah, Marie (Donnell ) Ashworth, and Maxine (Donnell) Lane. He is survived by his three children, Andrea Moody Newbert and her husband M. Gary Newbert, Thomas H. Moody, and Timothy H. Moody, all of North Nobleboro; his sister Norma Moody Dion of Damariscotta: his fiv e grandchildren, Jessica Newbert of Nobleboro, Megan Newbert Morgan of Washington, Stewart Moody of Waldoboro, Jordan Newbert of Nobleboro, and Khristie Moody of Wiscasset. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Emma-Leigh Moody, Willo w Morgan and Jonah Newbert. Other survivors are his former daughter in-law, Tammy Moody of Waldoboro, uncle, Roger Donnell of Carmel, aunt, Helen (Spear) (Donnell) Pietila of North Nobleboro, nephew, William Dion of North Nobleboro, two nieces an d several cousins. A gathering of friends and family will take place from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the North Nobleboro Community Hall. | 5273 | Rev. Paul Herman Hild (alias Cowboy Smiley) of Springfield, Mo., passed into the presence of his Lord at 2 a.m. on February 23, 2010, at 92 years of age. He was born April 9, 1917, in Hoisington, Kansas. Paul was the fourth of six siblings (Miriam, Christian, Irene, Paul, Adolph, and Elizabeth) born to Albert and Gertrude Hild, all of whom have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle; his only child, Cheri Moore (Springfield); three grandchildren, Rachael Lenz (Kirkland, Wash.) Royce Moore (Columbia, Mo.), Ryan Moore (Springfield, Mo.); and four great-grandchildren. Paul grew up in Fargo, N.D., where his family resided from the time he was 8 years of age. He graduated from North Central Bible Institute in 1936 and was ordained with the Assemblies of God church in 1939. Nearly all of Paul's ministry was spent holding kid's crusades at churches across North America. He held meetings in 48 states, and 8 Canadian provinces. His kids' crusades followed a western theme. He called them All Kids Roundups and was known affectionately as Cowboy Smiley. Paul enjoyed sports of all kinds and followed his favorite teams diligently - especially the North Dakota State Bison. He also cheered enthusiastically for his grandsons at their high school and college basketball games. Paul is remembered for his passion for serving the Lord, his love for children of all ages, and the practical jokes he played on everyone. He contributed to the community by serving as the Battlefield Mall Santa Claus from 1970 to 80. After 52 years of full-time ministry, Paul semi-retired in 1989. Until moving from his home to the Maranatha retirement village in 2004, he spent most his time gardening, taking daily swims at the YMCA, and attending local sports events. He has been a member of Central Assembly of God since 1969. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, in Maranatha Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. | 5274 | Richard (Rick) Cash Jr., geboren am 16. Juli 1956, verstarb am 25. Februar 2020 friedlich im Sussman House an den Folgen eines Lymphoms. Rick wurde in Rockland, Maine, als erstes Kind einer großen Familie mit sechs Kindern geboren. Die Familie zog in den ersten Jahren ein wenig um, unter anderem in den Bundesstaaten Hawaii und Florida. Den Großteil seiner frühen Jahre verbrachte Rick in Rockland, wo das Haus der Familie der Hotspot war. Mit einem Vater, der Musiker war, und dem Cash Clan, der innerhalb von 10 Jahren sechs Kinder bekam, wusste man nie, wer wann auftauchen würde oder wie lange sie bleiben würden! Das Haus im South End von Rockland war ein Treffpunkt für die meisten Kinder aus der Nachbarschaft, wo ein Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer eine große Attraktion war. Rick verbrachte viele seiner Kindheitssommer auf Vinalhaven, wo er an einem Jungencamp teilnahm. Wandern, Bootfahren und nackt im Steinbruch schwimmen ist nur eine kleine Liste der Dinge, die Rick im Camp gerne tat. Diese frühen Sommer halfen ihm, seinen Sinn für Abenteuer zu stärken und einige lebenslange Verbindungen zu der Insel zu knüpfen. Rick machte 1974 seinen Abschluss an der Rockland District High School. Nach seinem Abschluss rief ihn sein Abenteuergeist im Mai 1976 zur Armee. Rick schloss sein Studium als Jahrgangsbester ab und war dann in Deutschland stationiert. Rick genoss ein paar Bier, während er in Deutschland war, und besuchte das ursprüngliche "Oktoberfest". Rick war schon immer ein Arbeiter und hatte viele verschiedene Jobs, darunter Lincoln Canoe, Crowe Rope, Masters Machine und schließlich letztes Jahr bei Friendship Trap in den Ruhestand gegangen. Zwischen all diesen Jobs nahm Rick Gelegenheitsjobs an, um über die Runden zu kommen, darunter Schreiner, Heimwerker, Gärtner und was sonst noch zu tun war. Rick lebte sein Leben so, wie er es wollte. Er liebte es, einen kalten Bud zu trinken, ein paar Partien Billard auf dem originalen Familien-Billardtisch zu drehen und er liebte es, Geschichten zu erzählen (man wusste immer, dass sie kommen würden). Richard lernte Jacqueline Cuthbertson in der High School kennen. Die beiden heirateten am 20. Juni 1970. Er war damals 22 und sie 17 Jahre alt. Er sammelte mit Begeisterung antike Modellautos und besuchte Stockcar-Rennen. Über 40 Jahre lang war er Mitglied der Thomaston Assembly of God Church. Richards Eltern sind bereits verstorben. | 5276 | Richard Allan Hoffses, 81, of Bangor, passed away on Jan. 3, 2024 of congestive heart failure at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. He was born on Aug. 26, 1942 in York, to Ralph and Gertrude Hoffses, who both predeceased him. Following graduation from Waldoboro High School he studied electrical engineering at the University of Maine and later studied voice at New England Conservatory. He met his partner of 35 years, Paul Howe (who predeceased him in 2020) while both were working at the Boston Music Co. They moved from Brookline, Mass. to Waldoboro to care for Richard's aunt Ruby Hoffses. Upon his return to Maine, Richard worked for Fisher Engineering. He is survived by siblings, Norma Dodge and husband, Kenneth, Keith and partner, Diane Manteca, Russell Hoffses and wife, Sharon; many nieces and nephews; members of the Howe family; and numerous friends. Richard enjoyed physics, geology, simulated flying, playing the piano, singing, and classical music. He was also civic minded as he was a member of the Waldoboro Communications and Technology Committee and the Sweetland Cemetery Committee. He and Paul were members of NESPRS (New England Society for the Preservation of Recorded Sound). A celebration of life will be held later this year during warmer weather. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Richard was born Aug. 7, 1932, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Arthur and Glada Cameron Lotz, both deceased. He grew up in Hamilton, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a degree in journalism. Richard married Shirley Faye Johnson on July 17, 1954. They had three children. The family moved to the Fort Worth area in 1964. He obtained his CPA, working for Weaver and Tidwell before establishing his own CPA practice. He retired several years ago. Richard and Shirley were married for 53 years before her death in 2007. Survivors: Daughter, Kim A. Kamin and husband, David, of Richland Hills; their children, Matthew D. Kamin and Taylor R. | 5278 | Richard Jackson Vollrath died on March 15, 2006. He was born at home on July 5, 1922 to Florence and Walter Vollrath Sr. Richard attended Lincoln School, and graduated from Central High in 1940. He received a degree in mechanical engineering from Yale University in 1944. Richard joined the Navy after graduation, and was commissioned a lieutenant J.G. When he left the Navy he was the commanding officer of the minesweeper YMS449. Richard entered the family business after his military service and worked at the Polar Ware Company for forty-three years. He sold his interest in the company in 1988 and he and his sons started Vicom Ltd., where he served as Chairman. In 1948 he married "the finest woman I ever met," Jean Law-rence, of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who preceded him in death on August 27, 2000. He is survived by four children, Christopher; Eric (Patricia Scheibel); Barbara Merriett (Stanley); and Heidi Kendall (Patrick); four grandchildren, Barnabas Kendall (Maki Teraoka); Molly Kendall; Gretchen Vollrath-Sharkey (Jason); Martha Vollrath and her fiancée Matt Mathiason; one great-grandchild, Tristan Kazumi Kendall; a sister, Mary Garton; a brother, Walter Vollrath, Jr.; many nieces and nephews; and his loyal pal, Balu, man's best friend. He was active in civic affairs as a volunteer with Planned Parenthood, the Boy Scouts and the Sheboygan YMCA, and was a member of the Sheboygan Yacht Club and Pine Hills Country Club. Richard loved hunting, fishing, golf, traveling, Thursday lunches and summers at Elkhart Lake. He enjoyed all he did with a joie de vivre that was infectious. Richard's philosophy on life was pretty straightforward - "I think a sense of humor is absolutely necessary to enjoyment of life. Life can be a lot of fun if you let it be fun. Also, I'm an optimist. Being an optimist doesn't mean I'm not a realist. I just don't see much sense in being sure everything is going to go wrong and feeling miserable all the time. You may as well be happy until the worst happens. Then you handle it and move on to something else." He also said, "I'm glad I was born in Sheboygan and that I have basically spent all my life here. I've known lots of people and have good friends and family, and there is no greater blessing than that. My one wish for the whole world is, of course, peace, and I believe that day will come." Er wurde am 22. Februar 1927 als Sohn von Walter und Helen Winchenbach in South Portland, Maine, geboren. Er absolvierte die Bridgton Academy. Er diente 1945 in der Marine. | 5280 | RICHTER COURTLAND D. PERRY, 2. 1936–2007 AUGUSTA – Courtland D. Perry 2., 70, aus Augusta, starb plötzlich am 6. April 2007 in seinem Winterhaus in Venice, Florida. Er wurde am 28. Juli 1936 in Portland als Sohn von Oscar und Arene (Winslow) Perry geboren. Er wuchs in Portland auf und absolvierte die Deering High School. Richter Perry erblindete im Alter von 16 Jahren durch einen Unfall beim Spielen mit einer Dynamitkapsel. Sein lebenslanger Freund Don Christie unterstützte ihn unermüdlich und half ihm durch diese schwere Zeit. Nach seiner Genesung besuchte er das Perkins Institute for the Blind, um seine Unabhängigkeit zu erlangen und Braille zu lernen, was ihm eine weitere Ausbildung ermöglichte. Richter Perry schloss 1958 sein Studium an der University of Maine in Orono ab. 1961 erwarb er den Bachelor of Laws an der University of Virginia Law School, 1968 den Master of Laws an der George Washington University und 1977 am National Judicial College der University of Nevada. | 5281 | Riet Stonger was born Maria Johanna Knetsch on April 5, 1938, in Leiden, The Netherlands. In 1955, when she was 17, her family immigrated to the USA, settling in Wichita, where Riet lived the remainder of her life. Riet died on April 13, 2015, in El Dorado, Kansas. For some years after arriving in the US, Riet worked as a keypunch operator for KG&E in Wichita. In 1961 she married Roelof Bos, who also came from The Netherlands. Roelof worked for Chance Manufacturing in Wichita for many years. Two children blessed their marriage: Marsha and Roger. Riet married Ray Stonger in 1987. Both Roelof and Ray preceded her in death. As a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Wichita, Riet became increasingly involved in church work and ministries. She went on to complete the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, earning her License as Local Pastor. She served as Pastor of the following United Methodist churches: Wichita Cedar Chapel, Haviland, and Douglass/Rock. Retiring in 2003, Riet remained active in the ministries of Central United Methodist Church in Wichita. Riet was preceded in death by her parents, Reinier and Maria Knetsch of Wichita. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Bos, and grandchildren, Breonna and Colt; son, Roger Bos, his spouse Gaitrie, and grandchildren, Ilona and R.J.; brother, Piet Knetsch and spouse, Dottie (Shivaun, Alexis, Tori); brother, Rene Knetsch and spouse, Lynne Glaeske. Rita was born on March 12, 1938 in Friendship to Floyd Wotton and Adeline (Creamer) Wotton. She attended local schools, graduating from Waldoboro High School and she attended two years at Gates Business School. Rita married John Stahl on Oct. 10, 1959. They celebrated 40 years of marriage prior to his death in 2000. Rita worked as a bookkeeper for Hadley Miller, Dr. Henry Bither, the Deerskin Shop, and Weston’s Hardware, and also as an aide at Medomak Valley High School. She enjoyed visiting with people when she could, and volunteering at the Waldoboro Methodist Church when she was able. Her Christian faith was a significant source of guidance, comfort and strength throughout her life. She especially enjoyed children and animals. Rita was considered a second mother to several of her children’s childhood friends. Rita was predeceased by her parents, Floyd and Adeline Wotton; husband, John Stahl; and sisters, Janice Wotton and Marilyn Burkett. She is survived by daughters, Wanda J. Stahl of Westbrook, and Karen M. Stahl of Westbrook; son, John L. Stahl of Westbrook; and granddaughters, Caitlin Stahl-Hodgkins of Boston, Mass., and Marissa Stahl-Hodgkins of Westbrook. | 5287 | Robbinston - William Nelson Pulk Sr., 74, passed away surrounded by his family Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Calais Regional Hospital. Billy was born on March 28, 1943, son of Raymond Pulk Sr. and Mary (Skidds) Pulk. He started driving truck in Boston at the age of 15 until returning to Eastport where he worked at Mearl Corp. On January 25, 1964, Billy married his love, Sandra Chisholm. Shortly after he started his career with Georgia Pacific, retiring as a boiler engineer with 42 years of service. Billy was a member of the Quarter Century Club at GP, served as President of Calais High School Sports Boosters Club, President of the local union at GP, enjoyed many years coaching little league, and served as Captain for Calais Fire Dept. Red Beach Station. An avid outdoorsman, Billy loved hunting, fishing and spending time at his camp on Nash’s Lake. One of his most enjoyable pastimes was attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by siblings Gladys Ramsdell, Raymond Pulk Jr., Lillian Seeley, Ruthie Anderson, and Sharon Ackerman; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Marion Chisholm. Surviving are his beloved wife of 53 years, Sandra Pulk; two children, William Pulk Jr. and wife Rhonda of Red Beach, and Penny Johnson and husband Gerald of Robbinston; nine grandchildren, Ryan Johnson and fiancé Kaylee Brown of Robbinston, Kyle Johnson of Robbinston, and Buddy Day, Alyssa Young, Britany Pulk, Christopher Pulk, and Logan Pulk, all of Texas, Kristen Turcotte of Mechanic Falls, and Kayla Snider of Red Beach; four great-grandchildren, Blake Johnson, Ryan Turcotte, and Annabelle and Keith Snider; siblings Muriel Pulk, Mike and Artie O’Connell, Catherine Tinker, Jayne Chaffey and Irene Ray; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Lyons and husband Robert of Red Beach, and Beverly Pulk of Pembroke; brother-in-law Richard Chisholm of Red Beach; special cousin Kathy Bryant of So. "Bob" Lotz wed Ina May Patton with whom he raised their two daughters and one son who were born during the years 1932 through 1940: Nathalie Ina ("Sallie") Lotz, Lou Ella Margaret Lotz, and Robert Wayne Lotz. | 5292 | Robert Edwin Buehl, 93, stolzer Bauer, begeisterter Gesprächspartner und Patriarch seiner Familie, verließ dieses Leben am Sonntagabend, dem 30. Juni 2019, im Monroe Clinic Hospital. Bob, ein Bewohner der Glarner Lodge in New Glarus, wurde am 30. Januar 1926 in MonroeTownship als erstes Kind von Edwin und Clara (Teuscher) Buehl geboren. Er lebte die meiste Zeit seiner Zeit auf der Milchviehfarm der Familie in Mount Pleasant Township, zuerst als Jugendlicher, später als Mieter und dann als Besitzer des Gehöfts in der Marshall Bluff Road. Er besuchte das Primrose Center und die Zentner Rural Schools und absolvierte 1943 die Monticello High School. Bob heiratete Ruth Carol Woodward am 14. Januar 1946 in Brodhead, Wisconsin. Zunächst bewirtschaftete das Paar als Mieter in Mount Pleasant Township, wo sie ihre Familie gründeten. 1952 zog das Paar auf Bobs Kinderfarm, die Stauffacher Farm in der Nähe von Monticello; Sie kauften die Farm im Jahr 1957. Ihre Familie wuchs auf fünf Töchter und fünf Söhne. Er könnte wahrscheinlich jede Straße und Nebenstraße in Green County maßgeblich benennen und genau angeben, wer auf den verschiedenen Gehöften, an denen er vorbeiging, lebte oder lebte. Bob war ein aktiver Bürger, der mehrere Amtszeiten im Mount Pleasant Town Board, als Schatzmeister des Fire Board und als Weed Commissioner für einen Großteil von Green County innehatte. Während seiner Pensionierung genoss Bob Roadtrips mit seinem engen Freund Rudy Kopp, setzte seine Leidenschaft für Gartenarbeit und seine Obstgärten fort und schätzte seine Pfeilspitzensammlung, die er durch jahrelange wachsame Pirsch auf seinen Feldern gesammelt hatte . Bob wird von seiner Schwester Joyce (John) Quinn, Altoona, WI, überlebt; fünf Töchter: Candace (Donald) Price, Schofield, WI; Kristine (John) Zanoya, Monticello; Karen (Brian) McMahon, Pleasanton, CA; Jacci (Jim Silberschlag), Waukesha; und Robyn (Kent Pusch), Blue Mounds; und fünf Söhne: Douglas (Wendy), Madison; Steven (Lynda Blum) und Kim (Joni Waelchli-Buehl), beide aus Monticello; Kevin (Julie), Blanchardville; und Kerry (Elizabeth), Brodhead. Opa Bob wird von seinen 20 Enkelkindern vermisst: Kimberly (Greg) Koepsell, Brandon (Amy) Price, Jeremy (Mandi) Buehl, Christopher (Amber Laude) Buehl, Ryan Weeden, Rory (Shannon) Weeden , Rom Weeden, Ross (Chelle) Weeden, Reid Zanoya, Gabriel (Michelle) Buehl, Gavin (Kori Wahl) Buehl, Zoe Buehl, Katie (Paul) Gates, Kelly (Justin) Hals, Belinda Buehl, Waylon Buehl, Jesse (Bronson ) Wahl, Zachary (Kelsey) Buehl, Klaudia Buehl und Ruthanne Buehl. Bob was a self employed business owner all his life, including the Dari Kurl and Vickers Service Station in Pleasanton. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Norman, Alvin”Buck” and Raymond “Dodge” Godard; a sister, Marjorie Trowbridge and a step-son, Ernest O’Dell. | 5297 | Robert “Buddy Bob” Leslie Hannan, Sr., 69, of Waldoboro, passed away on Aug. 4 at his home. Robert was born on Jan. 19, 1939 in Danvers, Mass., a son of the late Ivory and Marie Philbrook Hannan. He grew up in Thomaston and attended local schools there. For many years he was employed at National Sea Products in the Shipyard Division as a spray painter, retiring in 1991. He was a huge Dale Earnhardt fan who never missed a race. He belonged to a bowling league in Rockland where he bowled at the Oakland Lanes. He enjoyed constructing models and watching and feeding birds; especially humming birds. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, dancing and playing his tambourine. He could be found going on stage, with a band he may or may not have known, and playing with them. He was very proud of his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He adored his cat, “Spooky”, a.k.a. “Itty Buddy”. He was a man with great faith who attended the Word of Life Church when his health allowed him to attend. He loved to listen to gospel music. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He enjoyed sharing his jokes and could always keep you laughing. He was predeceased by his parents and brothers, Norman and Bernard Hannan. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Gloria Keizer Hannan; daughters, Sheila Whittier of Warren, and Billie-Jo Leo of Warren; sons, Robert Hannan, Jr., and wife Michelle of Rockport, Tim Robinson and wife Angela of Friendship, and Kevin Pratt and wife Janelle of Warren; brother, Roger Hannan and wife Janie of Rockland; sister, Blanche Bunnel of Augusta; grandchildren, Chris McKellar and wife Rachel of Appleton, Misti Turner of Belfast, Tasia Whittier of Warren, Kelsey Whittier of Waldoboro, Katlyn Whittier of Brunswick, Savannah and Scotty Robinson of Friendship, Nicole and Mickayla Pratt of Warren, and Sean and Cassandra Goodine of Warren; great grandchildren, Jae-Lynn, J Lissa, Isaiah and Audrey Dodge of Belfast; and special friends, Sharon Wright, Stephen McKellar, Laura and Roy Hatch and their sons, Steven and Nick Hatch, who always called Robert, “Buddy Bob”.
